Do I have to buy a package or can I have just one service performed?
From time to time, clients may have one specific request which we will try to accomodate. For example, some customer may only want the exterior of their car washed and waxed with an emphasis on the rims. This does not align with any packages that we offer so we ask that any special request like this be made to us over the phone (585-366-0401) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
No way! Our Dirty Burd van comes prepared with water, eletricity as well as all the supplies we need to properly detail your vehicle.
Can my vehicle be parked on the road?
In the safety interest of our detailers, we are not able to perform details on any public streets. Besides this, we can be flexible. Most details occur in a driveway or parking lot. We have also perfomed details in fields and yards. The only requirement we have is that we can get our van within 10 feet of your vehicle and that the location is safe for our detailers.
How long does each detail take?
Each detail is different and the last thing we want to do is rush through a detail resulting in a less than desirable detail. However, we do have a rough estimate on how long each detail should take. Estimated times are listed on our scheduling page before booking.
Do I have to be there while my vehicle is being detailed?
You are not required to be present during the entire detail. We do find it beneficial for customers to be available during the start of the detail to point out any areas they'd like our team to focus on. We also like to have customers available at the end of the detail to inspect our work and provide feedback. If you are not available in-person, we can FaceTime you!
